Privacy Policy
1. Who is responsible
NAVLYNX INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGY LIMITED operates the NAVLYNX website and is responsible for the personal information it receives through customer and business enquiries. Contact support@lynxtech-vision.com for privacy questions. Our registered office and other company contact details are listed on the Contact Us page.
2. Information you provide
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you send. Support enquiries may include your name, telephone number, purchase channel, order number, vehicle, device model, serial number, firmware version, and diagnostic details.
Submitting an enquiry or support form stores your contact details, request and selected attachments privately on our website. Anyone with its private status link can access the request, so keep it secure. We send service emails acknowledging your request and notifying you of replies when email delivery is available. Keep the private status link shown after submission; the email is not a substitute for that link. Avoid uploading card details, passwords, identity documents or unrelated personal information.
3. Browser storage and website usage
This website uses a first-party preference cookie and browser local storage to remember your selected language and cart contents, and uses session storage to keep a checkout attempt and private access to your order in the browser used for checkout. You can remove this information using your browser's site-data settings; doing so may reset your language and cart.
With your permission, optional first-party commerce analytics records product views, cart additions, checkout starts and submitted enquiries under a random 30-minute session identifier. It records a broad traffic-source category, language and approximate country, not message text, email, full URLs or payment-card details. Consented sessions may be linked to verified orders to measure sales. Analytics records older than 90 days are removed when the next analytics request or report is processed; the browser remembers your choice for 180 days. You can change the choice using Privacy choices. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track disable this optional tracking.
The website is hosted on Cloudflare and includes Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page usage and performance. Hosting and analytics services process technical request and usage information to deliver, protect, and measure the website. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for its practices.
4. Orders and hosted payments
When direct checkout is available, this website records your contact and delivery details, including your email address, recipient name, mobile number and delivery address, selected products, agreed purchase terms, and order totals in our order database hosted on Cloudflare. Delivery details must be entered in English so that international carriers and customs systems can process the shipment. Stripe or PayPal processes your payment on its hosted payment page. We record payment references, payment and refund status, shipment tracking, fulfilment updates, and return or delivery exception records to fulfil and support your order. This website does not provide its own card-entry form.
See Stripe's Privacy Policy, PayPal's Privacy Statement, and the notices shown by the payment service you choose. Do not send payment card information by email or through a problem report.
5. How information is used and shared
We use the information you send to respond to enquiries, assess compatibility, provide technical support, manage purchases and after-sales service, maintain business records, and meet applicable obligations. Relevant information may be handled by service providers involved in hosting, email, checkout, payment processing, delivery, or support as needed for those purposes.
Information may be processed in locations where our offices and service providers operate. Retention depends on the enquiry or order, support needs, and applicable record-keeping obligations. We do not state a fixed retention period for all records.
6. Privacy requests and updates
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to raise another privacy concern, contact support@lynxtech-vision.com. We will assess the request under applicable law; we may need to verify your identity or retain records required for legal obligations.
This policy covers this website and the enquiries handled by NAVLYNX INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. Third-party apps installed on a device, retailers, and external websites have separate privacy practices. We will update this page when our website's information-handling practices change.
Customs clearance details
These details are used only to prepare delivery and customs clearance for this order, not for marketing. Necessary details may be shared with authorised shipping and clearance partners. Do not send identity document photos by email or chat. Access within NAVLYNX is limited to authorised fulfilment staff. We retain these details only as needed for order, support and legal requirements. Contact support to request correction or deletion.
Optional error diagnostics
With separate permission, Sentry in the United States receives error types, code-file locations and technical connection data (including the connection IP) to diagnose public-page failures. Error text, contact and payment details, private pages, URL parameters, activity history and session recordings are excluded. Diagnostics use no session identifier. Change permission in Privacy choices; Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track disable diagnostics.
Optional Google Analytics
With separate permission, Google Analytics uses browser identifiers and cookies lasting up to 180 days to measure public-page visits, product interactions and successful sales enquiries. Google processes technical connection information internationally. Contact and payment details, private-page addresses, URL parameters and form contents are excluded. Advertising personalization is disabled. Change permission in Privacy choices; Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track disable collection.
Also allow verified purchase measurement in Google Analytics
Only with this additional permission, we send Google product/SKU, quantity, purchase amount, currency, shipping, a random analytics transaction ID and browser analytics identifiers after payment is verified. No names, contact details, addresses, card details, payment-provider transaction IDs or private URLs are sent. Shopping does not depend on permission. Revoke in Privacy choices; pending sends stop when the server receives your request. Previously sent data is not erased by revocation.
Purchase permission is stored for 180 days. Server browser identifiers are cleared after transport acceptance, revocation, or expiry of the delivery window (at most 5 days, when cleanup next runs). The separate delivery ledger is retained for 60 days; revocation hashes for 180 days. These limits do not change legal order-record retention.
