We describe vehicle electronics and accessories, including their intended connections and supported features. Compatibility depends on the vehicle, head unit, region, and software. Confirm suitability before ordering. Planned features or software updates are not current functionality unless expressly identified as available.

Use products in accordance with their instructions and applicable road-safety rules. Entertainment features must be used only when safe and permitted. Third-party apps and services may require separate accounts or subscriptions and remain subject to their providers' terms.

3. Orders, pricing and payments

NAVLYNX INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGY LIMITED operates the NAVLYNX storefront. Product prices are shown in USD unless an offer explicitly states another currency. Confirm the product, quantity, currency, delivery charges, taxes, and applicable order terms before making payment.

Adding a product to the cart does not take payment or confirm an order. When online checkout is available, this website offers direct payment through Stripe or PayPal using the methods displayed at checkout. Card details are entered on the hosted checkout, not into this website's support form. Checkout availability does not indicate that any specific payment provider has approved an account.

Unless the checkout expressly states otherwise, direct orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place) delivery terms. Product prices and shipping charges do not include destination-country import VAT, GST, sales or use tax, customs duties, clearance, brokerage, or carrier advancement or collection fees. The recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for paying those amounts to the relevant authority or carrier.

Orders are accepted only for destinations offered at checkout and remain subject to payment, sanctions, export-control, fraud, address, and product-availability checks. We may decline or cancel an order and refund the payment when fulfilling it would breach applicable law, a payment-provider requirement, a carrier restriction, or our banking partner's compliance requirements.
